The room is very spacious and quiet. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is lovely. I love the shower that has the rain shower option as well the main shower with handle. The toiletries (shampoo, body wash, soap etc) are really nice, and it smells very clean and fresh. The location is close to shops via walking distance (Neiman Marcus, CVS, coffee shops and restaurants) I would recommend staying here.

The hotel is great: location, amenities and ambiance wise. I love the modern, contemporary look. Due to me having the Marriott app I didn’t have too much interaction with guest services. In the heart of downtown and walking distance to a lot of places such as the AT&T Discovery District. I enjoyed my stay.

We had booked two rooms and arrived very early from a long haul flight. The staff were so helpful and let us book in early so we were able to explore in the afternoon. They were also able to hold our bags securely the next day and provide us with great recommendations to explore the local area.

Plenty of hot water in the shower any time of day. Bed was very comfortable. Location is great for getting to JFK memorial and museum. Good spot for Uber pic up, and valet people always outside which makes you feel safe whilst you wait for one
